Two-component material system is employed to produce microcellular polyurethane elastomers, which are applied for car bumpers’ shock absorbers and bumpers in suspension. The material is used both in the first vehicle equipment (OEM) and in the after-market. It enables making elastomers (of density from 350 to 600 kg/m³) that integrate the high dynamic resistance with climatic conditions resistance (also low temperatures, hydrolysis, grease and lubricants). The system meets requirements and standards of the car producers. It remains equally stable during production and storage.
